Spokes for Strokes

KUDOS to Chris Storie and the fine folks at Cahaba Cycles for the outstanding job they did at hosting the recent Spokes for Strokes F.A.S.T. Century. It was a fun course with good rest stops. Monies raised went to support the Alabama Neurological Institute, which is dedicated to the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with neurologic diseases.

Cyclists from all over were on hand to lend their support. In addition, several of the area clubs including BUMP and Red Mountain Wheelmen were on hand to ride and volunteer their time. Special thanks to everyone that helped to make this event a big success.
